Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Contract of Air Conditioners under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The total estimated contract amount is PKR 6,204,600 with the scope covering comprehensive repair and maintenance services for air conditioning systems at the hospital facility located in Gujrat, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process designed to ensure value for money and transparent procurement in compliance with PPRA guidelines.
Bidders must submit a 2% bid security amounting to PKR 124,092 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, issued in the name of the Medical Superintendent. The bid security must have a minimum validity period of 180 days, with a copy attached to the Technical Bid and the original attached to the Financial Bid along with confirmatory correspondence from the concerned bank. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted. Eligible contractors must meet all technical and qualification requirements specified in the bidding document.
