Description / Scope of Work
The National Assembly Secretariat, Federal, invites competitive bids for the procurement of washing and dry-cleaning services covering security staff uniforms, official gowns, sherwanis, towels, and seat covers of official vehicles under reference P71830. This is a non-consultancy services contract for the fiscal year 2026-27, procured through the Single Stage-Two Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope encompasses laundry and dry-cleaning operations for various official textile items required across Parliament House in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform and are required to submit a bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. All bids must include required documentation and compliance certificates as specified in the procurement notice and associated forms. Bidders should carefully review the technical bid form, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, and service specifications detailed in the standard bidding document before submission.
