The Directorate of Sports Complexes LDA invites tenders for paint work covering indoor walls and ceiling on both female and male sides at LDA Sports Complex Sabzazar in Lahore, Punjab. This single-stage-one-envelope procurement is floated under PPRA Rules 2014 with an estimated cost of PKR 1,951,044 and earnest money requirement of PKR 97,555. The project scope includes preparing surfaces and applying plastic emulsion paint with two coats across 53,865 square feet, with a completion timeline of 45 days. Only registered contractors with valid PEC licenses in categories C-6 and above, and active filers with NTN and PRA registration, are eligible to participate in this e-tendering process.
Bid security must be furnished at 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee, bank draft, pay order, or call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid until 30 days after the bidding deadline. Contractors must register on the EPADS portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority before submitting electronic bids. All bidding documents will be available on the EPADS platform, and contractors must submit rates and price strictly in accordance with the bill of quantities provided. Conditional bids will not be accepted, and the firm or contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release.
Bid documents can be obtained through the EPADS e-tendering system only; no tender via telegram or post will be accepted. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by uploading a PDF file on EPADS in accordance with PPRA Regulations 2024. The tender will be opened on 9 July 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Directorate office located at 460-D-II Khyaban-e-Firdousi, M.A. Johar Town, Lahore.
