Description / Scope of Work
The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites electronic bids for a framework agreement covering the supply of laboratory kits and chemicals on a reagent rental basis for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is issued under reference IPL-6375 and represents a significant supply contract for essential laboratory consumables required to support the hospital's diagnostic and testing operations in Punjab. The framework agreement will establish terms and pricing for the provision of laboratory reagents and chemical items on a flexible reagent rental model, enabling the hospital to manage laboratory expenses efficiently while ensuring continuous access to quality consumables.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and possess relevant registration authorities and tax department approvals as required by the procuring agency. The bid security shall equal two percent of the estimated cost as determined by the hospital, payable through bank draft, guarantee, cash deposit, demand draft, or banker's cheque submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders must ensure original bid security documentation accompanies their submission. Bids are invited as single-stage two-envelope procedures in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
Bid documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available for download from the e-PADS portal and the hospital's official website at http://health.punjab.gov.pk. The e-Bid closing date and time is 17th July 2026 at 11:30 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 a.m. Bidders must submit bids online on or before 17th July 2026 at 11:00 hours.
