Faujii Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Ltd invites sealed bids from GST and Income Tax registered contractors for nine service contracts at FAP Grain and Fertilizer Terminal located at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan. The contracts include canteen services, van transport services, potable water tanker supply, drinking water supply, solid waste management, labor contract for export cargo, labor contract for import cargo, labor contract for tally services, and contract for heavy vehicle transport services. Interested contractors can obtain the detailed bidding document containing terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, bid submission procedures, evaluation criteria and bid rejection guidelines from the Admin and HR departments of FAP Marine Terminals at Port Bin Qasim from 22 June 2026 to 29 June 2026, Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Bidders must be NOC work permit holders from SEPA, PQA and other relevant government environmental agencies as a mandatory requirement.
Bids must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of PKR 4,000 for service contracts 1-5 and PKR 6,000 for service contracts 6-9, payable as Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Faujii Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Ltd. All bids should be submitted and dispatched in the name of Head of Procurement or Chief Human Resources Officer of FAP Marine Terminals Ltd, Port Bin Qasim, Karachi with a submission deadline of 29 June 2026 at 4:00 PM.
