Description / Scope of Work
Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites bids for repair, service and maintenance of electro medical equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy service procurement on a national basis conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The contract covers comprehensive maintenance and repair services for medical equipment at the facility located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant experience in electro medical equipment maintenance, appropriate technical qualifications, and valid business registration in Pakistan.
Eligibility requirements include demonstrated past experience with similar equipment maintenance contracts, financial capacity to undertake the work, valid tax registration, and absence of litigation history or contract non-performance records. Bidders must submit a bid security declaration as per the prescribed format. Technical and financial envelopes must be submitted separately in accordance with the single stage two envelope system. All documentation regarding past contracts, financial statements, and technical capacity must be included with the bid submission.

Bid opening will occur on the same day.
