Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC-PGMI), Islamabad Capital Territory, is inviting sealed bids for the repair, maintenance and purchase of allied accessories of medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for goods and related services required to support the polyclinic's medical gas infrastructure and operational requirements. The tender is conducted on a national basis using a single stage two envelope bidding process, with bid submission and opening scheduled for July 7, 2026. Bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the standard bidding document provided by FGPC-PGMI located at G-6/2, Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria as detailed in the bid data sheet, including requisite business registration, relevant experience with medical gas systems and allied accessories, and financial capacity to execute the contract. Bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration as part of their proposal. The evaluation process will assess submissions based on the evaluation criteria specified in the tender document, considering both technical specifications and financial proposals.
