The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of 8,100 cumulative units of Pattern No. 0443-50-224-5183 Gas Compressed Argon Technical cylinders of 99.999% purity in returnable cylinders with water capacity of 45–55 litres and protection cap, conforming to CGA G-11.1 of 2023 Grade E, Type 1 specification. This procurement is issued through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, Federal Province, and encompasses delivery and collection charges per cylinder, painting and marking services, cylinder rental charges for a two-year period covering 100 cylinders, cylinder testing, and chemical washing with internal examination. The tender seeks certified cylinders meeting stringent safety standards.
Bidding firms must submit proposals in sealed envelopes containing three separate sealed sub-envelopes: one for the technical offer in duplicate (including bank challan, principal authorization letter where applicable, DP-1 and DP-2 forms with compliance remarks, technical specifications, Annex A/B/C documentation, DP-3 form, DGDP registration certificate if available, and tax filing proof), one for earnest money deposit, and one for the commercial offer. Eligible suppliers must provide evidence of tax filing, firm registration credentials, and authorization from principals or OEMs where applicable. Typically, bidders must maintain active NTN registration with Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue and possess relevant business registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or equivalent authority.
