Description / Scope of Work
Power Holding Limited invites proposals for hiring of consultancy services of a legal advisor to handle winding-up and other related matters on a national basis. This is a single stage two envelope procurement process for professional legal services required by the organization. The contract will be executed from the registered office located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive legal advisory services, representation, and guidance throughout the winding-up process and associated legal matters as detailed in the Terms of References section of this tender document.
Eligibility criteria for bidding firms include proper registration, valid professional licenses, relevant experience in corporate law and winding-up procedures, and compliance with all regulatory requirements as specified in the proposal data sheet. Bidders must possess appropriate qualifications, demonstrate technical capability, and provide evidence of similar previous assignments. A bid security declaration is required to be submitted along with the proposal. All bidders must sign the integrity pact and provide a performance guarantee form as per the prescribed formats included in this notice.

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes as per the two envelope system.
