Wah Industries Limited, operating under the Procurement & Logistics Department, invites sealed quotations for the supply of drinking water coolers and raw materials for the 155mm Plant. This is a local purchase tender issued with reference number 19/LP/Drinking Water Coolers/2025-26/WIL dated 16-06-2026. The procurement is conducted in Punjab and the tender details are available at the POF Bid Centre in Wah Cantt. Interested suppliers are required to submit their quotations following a single stage two envelope method, with the tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours on 08-07-2026 at the designated venue.
Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department to participate in this tender enquiry. All quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the tender opening date. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must accompany the technical offer. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 is also required. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee up to 10 percent of the contract value prior to contract placement. Quotations must be submitted on a free delivery basis at Wah Industries Limited, Wah Cantt, and conditional or alternative offers will be disregarded.
Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes: Part I containing technical specifications, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule, and bid money/tender fee (without price indication), and Part II containing commercial terms including price, payment terms, and supply mode. Sealed bids must reach the POF Bid Centre Box No-13 (Room No. 02) behind Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt, before 1130 hours on 08-07-2026. Hand delivery requires receipt 30 minutes prior to opening.
