Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of mortuary equipment supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3 in Islamabad. This is Package No. 29 of a larger healthcare infrastructure project and shall be executed on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The scope includes complete supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance services for mortuary equipment required at the new polyclinic facility in Islamabad, Punjab.
All interested bidders must register on the EPADS (E-Procurement and Auction Directory System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to participate. Bid security is mandatory and scanned copies must be attached with the technical bid on EPADS, while original bid security documents must be submitted to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must quote all lots and all items of lots; any firm failing to quote the complete package will be disqualified. The bidding process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS at or before 14:00 hours PST on 9th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours PST in the Committee Room at IDAP's office located at Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, with bidder representatives welcome to attend.
