Social Security Hospital Shahdara Lahore invites bids for a framework contract for the supply of small medical appliances including surgical sutures, dental materials and orthopedic implants for the financial year 2026-2027. This is a recurring rate contract to be executed in Punjab, with procurement managed through the hospital's Medical Superintendent office. The contract covers consumable and implantable medical devices essential for surgical, dental and orthopedic departments, indicating a substantial scope across multiple medical specialties.
Bidders must not be suspended, blacklisted or defaulter in PESSI or PPRA across Punjab during the preceding two years. Firms must hold valid Sales Tax Registration and NTN numbers. A deposit call guarantee is required as per tender specifications, along with an undertaking on 100-rupee e-stamp paper confirming non-blacklisted status, compliance with all terms and conditions, and that quoted prices do not exceed prices offered to other government, semi-government or autonomous institutions in Punjab or trade prices. False declarations will result in forfeiture of security and punitive action.
