Description / Scope of Work
POF Hospital, Wah Cantt invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorised dealers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for service and maintenance of four modular operation theatres equipped with electro-medical equipment. This is a comprehensive contract for preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure optimal functionality and uptime of critical surgical infrastructure. The contract scope encompasses all aspects of operation theatre maintenance and is being procured under tender reference No.4145-EM with an opening date of 27 August 2026.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorised dealers and suppliers with valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidders are required to demonstrate technical capability and financial stability to maintain sophisticated electro-medical equipment. The bidding documents contain detailed item-wise specifications and complete terms and conditions that govern the contract execution and performance standards required throughout the engagement period.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabia Hall, POF Wah Cantt on or before 27 August 2026, with closing at 09:30 hours. Tender opening will commence at 10:00 hours on the same date.
