Description / Scope of Work
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors for the purchase of electronic pocket dosimeters on an F.O.R. Lahore basis. The tender reference is TENDER NOTICE NO. 07/2025-26, with quantities and detailed specifications as per the attached list. The procurement is open to eligible suppliers with GST and NTN numbers, and their own offices with telephone numbers registered on F.O.R. Lahore basis.
Eligible bidders must be reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers or proprietors possessing valid GST and NTN numbers with established offices and telephone contact details. Bidders are required to deposit earnest money at 5% of the quoted value in the shape of a deposit at Call in favour of the Pr. Accounts Officer, which will be refunded upon completion of satisfactory supplies or guarantee period (if any) when the sale order is awarded to the successful bidder. Earnest money from unsuccessful bidders will be released once the case is finalized. The validity of rates must be 90 days, and tender documents must be accompanied by earnest money to avoid rejection.
Tender documents can be obtained by providing documentary evidence and submitting a written request to the Pr. Administrator along with a non-refundable payment of Rs.1000 through a deposit at Call or Pay Order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.10068, Lahore. Bidders must bring their I.D. Card for collection of tender documents. Sealed tenders should be submitted before 11:00 AM on 18-July-2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 PM on the same date.
