Description / Scope of Work
The Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh invites electronic bids through the e-Pak acquisition and disposable system (EPADS) for the procurement of miscellaneous items, entertainment and gifts, stationery, printing, uniform, computer stationery, cost of other store, other services rendered, repair of machinery and garden for the financial year 2026-27. The procuring agency is based in Karachi, Sindh, and this tender is open to eligible bidders and interested firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as those registered with the Sindh Revenue Board Department. The procurement will follow a single stage and single envelope procedure, ensuring transparent and competitive bidding practices in accordance with established procurement rules.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and with the Sindh Revenue Board Department. Interested firms are required to submit a written application to obtain the complete set of bidding documents upon payment of Rs.3,000 as a non-refundable fee per item, payable in the form of demand draft or pay orders. The deadline for purchasing bidding documents is 10:00 am on 08.07.2026. Bid security and tender fee in original form must reach the procuring agency by 10:30 am on the day prior to bid opening. All rates quoted must be inclusive of Income Tax and SRB taxes, which will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates.
Bids will be opened by the procurement committee of the Department at 11:00 am on 08.07.2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are requested to provide their best and final prices as no negotiations will be accepted. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to bid acceptance as per SPPRA Rules, 2010 (as amended to date). In the event of a public holiday on the opening date, the tender submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day.
