Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Assembly of Sindh invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the procurement of miscellaneous items, entertainment and gifts, stationery, printing materials, uniforms, computer stationery, store items, other services, machinery repairs and garden maintenance for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted on a single stage single envelope basis from eligible bidders and interested firms duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and the Sindh Revenue Board Department. This tender is issued by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer of the Provincial Assembly located in Karachi and covers various procurement requirements across multiple categories.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue including Income Tax and Sales Tax registration with the Sindh Revenue Board Department. Interested firms are required to purchase a complete set of bidding documents by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000 per item in the form of a demand draft or pay order. The bidding documents must be obtained from the office of the Drawing Disbursing Officer at the Provincial Assembly Sindh, Court Road, Karachi, with telephone contact 021-99213679. Bid security and tender fees must reach the procuring agency by 10:30 AM on 07 July 2026, one day prior to bid opening.
All quotations must be submitted as final prices inclusive of Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board taxes, with no further negotiations accepted. Bids will be opened publicly by the procurement committee on 08 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidder representatives. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended. Interested bidders should note that in case the government announces a public holiday on the tender opening date, submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day.
