Fauji Foundation invites sealed bids for the procurement of ALC stores comprising miscellaneous items for limb fitting required by Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi for the financial year ending 30 September 2027. This is a significant medical procurement for the ALC Department located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Only manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors are eligible to participate. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of manufacturer details, pack size, strength specifications, and delivery on FOR (Free on Rail) basis to Fauji Foundation Hospital ALC Department Rawalpindi, including installation and commissioning charges. Sales tax is exempted on supplies to hospitals under the Government of Pakistan Finance Bill 2008, and therefore should not be included in quotations.
Eligibility requires valid registration with Fauji Foundation prior to submission; bidders whose registration has expired must renew it immediately to access the online quotation interface. Firms with unsatisfactory past performance due to late supply, non-delivery, misconduct, or substandard quality may be rejected after tender opening. Quotations must be typed on firm letterhead (handwritten quotations are rejected), submitted online with a mandatory printed and stamped hard copy, and must comply with all tender conditions with only IT terms and conditions to be endorsed. The quoted rates remain valid for the entire fiscal year from October 2026 to September 2027, with delivery on installment or six-monthly basis as instructed in the purchase order. Suppliers must provide warranty and support certificates from the original equipment manufacturer and all relevant documentation during installation. Items supplied must have at least 75% remaining life, with expired items to be lifted back and replaced or recovery through pending bills.
Online quotation submission deadline is 11:00 hours on 07 July 2027, with tender opening at 11:30 hours the same day.
