The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is recruiting an Individual Consultant to serve as Coordinator for the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) Punjab office. This is an individual contractor position under the procurement process managed through UNDP's Quantum supplier portal system. The assignment encompasses a total of 163 working days spread over a period of 13 months, commencing from the date of contract signature. The position is based in Punjab province and contributes to UNDP's human rights and governance initiatives in the region. Eligibility for this position requires candidates to have a supplier profile registered in the UNDP Quantum system. Proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org no later than the specified deadline of 06 July 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Interested bidders are encouraged to create a draft response in the system to enable receipt of notifications regarding any amendments to tender requirements.
