For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

UNDP seeks an individual contractor—not a firm—for 156 working days over 12 months to advise federal and provincial governments on energy and power governance reforms.

This is a specialized advisory role requiring institutional reform expertise across multiple jurisdictions, not service delivery or supply. Scale is modest (part-time, individual-level engagement) but demands high-level policy credibility and proven track record in government capacity building. One-off assignment tied to a specific UNDP project cycle.

Who can bid: This is an individual contractor position under UNDP rules, not a PEC-registered construction/services firm procurement. Typically requires: valid CNIC/passport, NTN registration, relevant academic/professional credentials, no conflict-of-interest declaration, and UNDP Quantum portal registration. SECP registration likely not required for individual consultants. Check UNDP individual contractor eligibility criteria on their portal.
