UNDP Pakistan seeks an Institutional Development Specialist for Energy and Power Governance under the Reforms and Innovation in Government for High-Performance Project. This individual contractor position spans 156 working days over 12 months to support federal and provincial governments in Pakistan on key reform initiatives. The assignment is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, UNDP Strategic Plan governance priorities, and the Country Programme Document output on open, agile, accountable governance institutions. The specialist will contribute to strengthening institutional capacity and performance management in energy and power governance sectors across Pakistan's federal and provincial administrations.
The contract is administered by UNDP Pakistan's office and managed through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system.
