The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of clinical supplies under RFQ-003831 for June 2026. The procurement includes fifteen line items comprising bed sheets, pillow covers, emergency first aid boxes, blood pressure apparatus, LED torch lights, medical examination spotlights, steam inhaler machines, oxygen flow meters, surgical spirit, and liquid soap dispensers. The supplies are intended for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. This is a medical equipment and consumables procurement that supports the health services infrastructure of the institution. The total scope includes various quantities of essential clinical items with specified brands and models where applicable, ensuring quality standards for healthcare delivery.
Prospective vendors must meet IBA's procurement specifications as detailed in the request. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, and may issue purchase orders for individual items to different lowest responsive bidders. Bidders should note that material is subject to final inspection at delivery, and delayed delivery will incur liquidity damage at 2% per month. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoices and delivery. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee, and all applicable government taxes including income tax, stamp duty at 0.35% on goods value, and levies will be charged as per applicable rates.
Quotations must be submitted by 29 June 2026 at 1:00 PM to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi (contact: 021-38104700, Extension 2153). The rate quoted is final with no changes accepted. The institute reserves the right to alter, remove, or reduce items or quantities without assigning reasons. Invoices and bills should be submitted to the Purchase Department. Bidders are advised to review all terms and conditions carefully before submitting their quotations for clinical supplies.
