The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of laser printing paper under RFQ-003827. The procurement concerns 400 reams of BLC brand or equivalent A4 white laser printing paper with 70 GSM weight specification. The delivery location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Eligible suppliers must provide quotations meeting the exact material specifications: BLC brand A4 white paper at 70 GSM or equivalent alternatives. Quotations will be evaluated on a lowest responsive bidder basis. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons and may split the order among multiple vendors. Suppliers should note that a 2 percent per month liquidity damage charge applies to delayed deliveries, and all government taxes including income tax, General Sales Tax where applicable, and 0.35 percent stamp duty on the total purchase order value will be levied as per SRO rates.

All materials are subject to final inspection upon delivery, and IBA reserves cancellation rights if deliverables do not conform to specifications or deadlines are not met. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following invoice receipt and item delivery. Advance payments require a bank guarantee.
