Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of exhaust fans and copper pipes under RFQ-003826. The procurement includes three types of copper pipes in 22 gauge (3/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch sizes) at 300 feet each, and three models of exhaust fans (12-inch full plastic grille square, 8-inch ultra thin panel, and 6-inch window glass models) at 18 units each. All materials must be genuine branded items from Mueller Streamline or Voldam or equivalent manufacturers with standard OEM warranty. The delivery location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus on University Road, Karachi, Sindh province.
Quotations must be submitted by 24 June 2026 at 12:00 AM. Materials are subject to final inspection at delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel items if they do not meet specifications or if delivery is delayed. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after invoice receipt and delivery. A liquidity damage charge of 2% per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items, and stamp duty of 0.35% will be levied on the total purchase order value. All government taxes and levies will be charged at actual rates as per SRO.
Bid documents and quotation forms should be obtained from the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, contactable at 021-38104700 extension 2153. Invoices and bills must be submitted to the Purchase Department. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, and may issue purchase orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or to a single bidder for all items.
