Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of handwash liquid soap under RFQ-003820. The procurement comprises 250 cans of 10-litre liquid soap with coconut fragrance, split equally between 125 cans of lavender fragrance and 125 cans of rose fragrance. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Samples of both fragrances and cans are mandatory for quality approval before order confirmation. The tender is open to all responsive bidders and IBA reserves the right to award the purchase order to the lowest responsive bidder.
Bidders must submit quotations by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. All materials are subject to final inspection at the time of delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel if goods do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Payment will be made through crossed cheque upon receipt of invoice and delivery of items. A liquidity damage clause of 2% per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items, and stamp duty of 0.35% will be levied on the total purchase order value as per Government of Pakistan rates.

The rate quoted is final with no revisions accepted. Government taxes, levies and charges will be applied as per the applicable SRO. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee. IBA reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning reasons and to split awards among multiple bidders if required.
