The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of kitchen storage equipment under RFQ-003819. The scope includes three units of stainless steel racks and one dirty dish collection trolley for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The stainless steel racks are specified as 80-plate capacity units fabricated locally from 304-grade stainless steel with 1.2mm gauge, measuring 60 inches in width, 20 inches in depth, and 48 inches in height, mounted on legs with 14 inches spacing between shelves. The dirty dish collection trolley is constructed from stainless steel with a 1.5mm gauge frame and 1.2mm shelves, open style, measuring 36 by 24 by 38 inches. All material is subject to final inspection upon delivery at the specified location in Karachi.
Prospective bidders must understand that IBA reserves the right to cancel orders if materials do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Payment will be processed through crossed cheque following receipt of invoices and delivery of items. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items, and liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed on delayed delivery. Government taxes, levies, and charges will be assessed at actual rates per SRO, with an additional stamp duty of 0.35% levied on the total value of the purchase order. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee provision. IBA also reserves the right to accept or reject quotations and award items to different lowest responsive bidders as deemed appropriate.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 12:00 PM on June 29, 2026. The final rate per item is non-negotiable and no modifications will be accepted after quotation submission. Invoices and bills must be submitted directly to the Purchase Department for processing.
