Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of two leaf vacuum blower units, each with a power rating of 3000W, model ALS 30 Bosch or equivalent. This request for quotation (RFQ-003817) is issued on 22 June 2026 with submission deadline of 24 June 2026 at 3:00 PM. The equipment will be delivered to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The scope covers supply and delivery of two identical vacuum blower units meeting the specified technical parameters for campus maintenance operations.
Quotations are open to all eligible vendors capable of supplying new, genuine equipment complying with the mentioned specifications. Bidders must submit invoices and ensure material quality standards, as IBA reserves the right to conduct final inspection upon delivery. General sales tax will be applied on applicable items, and all government taxes including income tax and stamp duty (0.35% on goods value) will be charged as per applicable rates. Liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries.
Interested vendors must submit their quotations to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, by the specified closing date and time. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after invoice receipt and item delivery.
