The Institute of Business Administration Karachi is seeking quotations for the supply of welcome pack items for the Fall 2026 cohort of the Executive MBA program. This request for quotation (RFQ-003816) issued on 22 June 2026 covers the procurement of four distinct branded items: 25 laptop bags (single hanging belt, 18.34x13 inches, black briefcase style), 25 glass water bottles with stainless steel caps (500ml, transparent), 25 ball pens (IBA branded, 0.8mm tip with stylus function), and 25 leatherette file folders with zipper closure and inside pockets (13x10 inches, black). All items must feature IBA branding. The delivery location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Samples are mandatory for quality approval before final order placement, and the order remains subject to sample approval for all items.
Quotation submission deadline is 24 June 2026 at 3:00 PM. Eligible bidders should ensure compliance with IBA's material specifications and delivery timelines. Payment will be made via crossed cheque following receipt of invoices and delivery. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items only, and Government taxes, levies, and charges will be assessed per SRO rates. A stamp duty of 0.35% on total Purchase Order value will be levied. Advance payment is subject to Bank Guarantee provision. Delayed delivery will incur liquidity damage at 2% per month on actual amounts. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to issue Purchase Orders for individual items to different lowest responsive bidders.

Material inspection occurs at delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel items if specifications are not met or delivery is delayed. Item rates are final with no changes permitted. IBA also reserves the right to modify quantities or remove items without assigning reasons.
