Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Sargodha invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the jointing of existing delivery main to new delivery main at different water works across Sargodha, Punjab. This procurement project has an estimated cost of Rs. 2,863,616 and seeks qualified service providers to execute critical water distribution infrastructure work. The project falls under the agency's water supply and sanitation development initiatives in the Sargodha region.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-PADS system and hold a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in category C6 or above with relevant code CE-10, along with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) registration including NTN and PNTN numbers. All participants are required to submit bid security amounting to Rs. 143,181 in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Deputy Director (West) Division at WASA Sargodha. Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the authority's website without any submission fee.
Electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS system by 08th July 2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Original bid security instruments should be submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Deputy Director (West) Division's office opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha, before the e-bid submission deadline. Single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted, and bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. Bidders must ensure their bids are uploaded well before the deadline, as bid submission responsibility lies entirely with the applicant.
