The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) under the Government of the Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of training material for the Steel Fixer Trade at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali, Punjab. The tender covers purchase of specified training materials with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,298,910 and is floated under a Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. This is a crucial initiative to equip the technical college with essential training resources required for effective skill development in the steel fixing trade. The procurement is carried out in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and emphasizes accountability and transparency in the bidding process.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan to qualify for participation. A bid security of Rs. 25,979 must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favour of the Principal Govt. College of Technology Mianwali. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted before the bid opening time. Prospective bidders are required to provide their Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with all other documents as specified in the tender document. Only bidders meeting these eligibility requirements and technical specifications shall be considered for evaluation.

All bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:00 A.M. on 09 July 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 A.M. on the same date.
