Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP), Government of Punjab, is inviting pre-qualification applications from contractors for the establishment of the Nawaz Sharif Medical District Lahore, specifically for the Children Hospital-II and Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases project. This is a major infrastructure development initiative in Lahore, Punjab, conducted through electronic procurement (e-procurement). The scope of work encompasses the complete establishment and construction of these specialized medical facilities within the medical district. Interested contractors must submit their pre-qualification applications in accordance with the tender conditions outlined in this pre-qualification document.
Applicants must meet specific eligibility and evaluation criteria as detailed in Section III of this document. Contractors are required to demonstrate financial soundness, relevant experience with similar nature projects completed within the last ten years, and projects currently in hand. Applicants may participate individually or as joint ventures, with detailed requirements for joint venture agreements and lead member designation. All submissions must comply with the instructions provided for applicants, including proper documentation of ownership details, directors' information, and evidence of past project performance.
Pre-qualification applications must be submitted electronically through the designated e-procurement platform by the closing date of July 13, 2026. The tender document is available for download from the IDAP office located at 50 B-3, Gulberg-III, Lahore. Applicants are advised to attend the pre-proposal meeting and seek any necessary clarifications regarding the pre-qualification document before submission. Late submissions will not be accepted, and all applications must comply with the specified format and requirements outlined in the appendices and prequalification forms.
