Description / Scope of Work
The District Education Authority Sheikhupura invites electronic bids through E-PADS from income tax and sales tax registered firms, general order suppliers, and manufacturers for the supply of uncooked quality food items and meal materials for Government Jamia Abdul Rehman Bin Aouf in Sheikhupura. The procurement covers rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, grams, and other food items to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 106 boarding students throughout the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated contract value is Rs. 13.00 Million, and bidding shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 38(2)(a) with complete bids submitted electronically via E-PADS by 8th July 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bid opening on the same date at 11:30 am.
Prospective bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. All bids must include a bid security deposit equal to 3 percent of the estimated amount in the form of a CDR (Cheque Drawing Rights) in favor of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura, along with an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted. Bids submitted without required supporting documents, valid documentary evidence, CDR copy, or undertaking shall be considered non-responsive and subject to rejection. Rates must be offered per day per boarding student for three-time meal provision, and all prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes and remain fixed for the entire financial year 2026-2027.
Bidding documents are available for download through the E-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Sheikhupura, at Government Jamia Abdul Rehman Bin Aouf, City Sheikhupura, before the closing date and time. Financial proposals of only technically qualified vendors will be opened for evaluation.
