Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School located at (B)153RB, Faisalabad, Punjab. The contract period covers two years from 2026 to 2028. This procurement is open to individuals, companies, and joint ventures that meet the specified eligibility criteria. The transport service will be responsible for operating and managing bus operations to provide safe and reliable transportation for school students and staff in Faisalabad. Bidders must ensure all legible required documents are submitted as per the bid document specifications without fail. The procuring authority will evaluate bids based on defined selection criteria.
Eligibility requirements include submission of undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and supporting documents as specified in the bid document. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding document. A bid security deposit is required from all participating bidders as detailed in Section 2.13 of the tender document. Bids received without proper documentation, undertakings, and required supporting evidence will be liable to be rejected at the initial evaluation stage. Consortium participation, joint ventures, and single party bids are permitted subject to compliance with stated conditions.

Bids must be submitted electronically as per the e-bidding instructions provided in Section 1.3.2. The bidding process is governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. All bidders are required to read the complete bid document and applicable laws before submission and must submit any objections in writing, failing which no objections will be entertained at later stages.
