Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, a federal government agency, invites sealed bids for the supply of thermal plates (positive) with thickness of 0.3mm and size of 770 x 1030mm. This procurement is undertaken under the single stage one envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules. The tender reference number is LP/T-3067/26. Bidders must provide samples with their bids, otherwise the bid shall be rejected summarily. The procurement is being conducted by the Purchase Department located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, and is open to eligible suppliers meeting the specified requirements.
Eligible bidders must comply with all technical specifications and requirements outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit earnest money as security against their bids. The bid data sheet, technical specifications, and schedule of requirements are detailed in Section V of the bidding documents. All bids must conform to the instructions provided in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) and must include the standard forms as specified in Section VI. Bidders should carefully review the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) before submission.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication of the invitation to bid as per Rule 23 of Public Procurement Rules. The opening date and submission deadline are specified in the Bid Data Sheet (Section III).
