Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for hiring of services related to Risk Assessment, SIMOPS and HAZOPS Study Chairman, including Study, Design and Supervision Services for the Revamping of HVAC Works for the SSGCL Building in Karachi. The tender is issued under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 on a complete package basis. Tender reference number SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14350 is dated 23 June 2026. The scope encompasses comprehensive risk assessment and hazard analysis studies for HVAC revamping work at the Karachi facility. Suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to participate in this procurement.
Bidders are required to submit a FIXED Bid Bond (Earnest Money) amounting to Rs. 17,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft payable to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. No bid shall be entertained without the bid bond. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical offers will be opened and evaluated first, and financial offers of only technically compliant bidders will be opened on a later intimated date in the presence of the bidder's representative.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal and the SSGC website. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS Portal on or before 08-07-2026 at 1200 hours. Bids will be publicly opened at 1230 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders and their authorized agents. Tender documents comprise Volume I (Technical Proposal) with Sections I through VI covering invitation to bid, instructions, evaluation criteria, conditions, bid bond formats, and IMS Manual; and Volume II (Financial Proposal) with Section VII containing the Bid Form and Bill of Quantity. Suppliers must ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions as outlined in the tender enquiry documentation.
