Pakistan Navy Local Purchase Division invites tenders for procurement of timber sleepers (Gurjan Grade-I Red pine, seasoned), soft cloth supplies, and related materials for naval operations in Sindh Province. The tender bulletin specifies four line items comprising 12 bags of soft cloth, 15 cubic feet of timber sleeper (swan grade), 23 cubic feet of timber sleeper (swan grade), and 25 cubic feet of timber sleeper (seasoned), with standard delivery timelines of 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items. Tender opening is scheduled for 8 July 2026. All technical specifications detail timber dimensions with length ranging from 12 to 23 feet, width from 8 to 12 inches, and thickness from 5 to 10 inches, with moisture content maintenance at 30 percent plus or minus 10 percent.
Both registered and unregistered firms are eligible to participate. All bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Pakistani Rupees 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to account number PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586 maintained by PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund. Unregistered firms are required to furnish a bid guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months.
