Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of an AI-based emergency exit head count system at PSO House, Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work encompasses provision and deployment of AI-enabled CCTV cameras, a 16-channel network video recorder with 6TB storage, surveillance hard drive, PoE switch, CAT-6 cabling, PVC conduit, software license, and all associated accessories compatible with the existing CCTV infrastructure. The system will be installed at seven emergency exit locations within the building to enable real-time emergency evacuation monitoring and automated head count management using deep learning algorithms and video metadata extraction.
Bid security and earnest money deposits are required as specified in the tender document. The vendor must be an authorized distributor or OEM representative and provide a letter of authorization for all equipment supplied. Prior to bid submission, the vendor is required to conduct a site visit to assess existing CCTV system specifications and confirm compatibility, submitting a signed letter of visit from the PSO administrative representative. Bidders must demonstrate capability to provide API/SDK interfaces for real-time AI event data retrieval and face management functionalities including registration, modification, and deletion of facial data.
Quotations must be submitted by 6 July 2026 addressing all line items including six fixed 4MP IR vari-focal network cameras (Dahua IPC-HFW5442E-ZE or equivalent), Dahua NVR5216-XI 16-channel recorder, Seagate 10TB surveillance HDD, 10-port PoE switch, five PVC boxes, CAT-6 cable with conduit installation charged per actual running feet, Dahua DSSPro version 8.7 base license, and complete miscellaneous installation and configuration services.
