Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Oil Spill Kits at Mehmood Kot Installation located in Sindh province. The procurement is for three units of 95-gallon drum overpack oil spill kits, each kit containing absorbent pads (125 pieces of 50cm×40cm), absorbent socks (24 pieces of 7.6cm×120cm), absorbent pillows (15 pieces of 45cm×45cm), hazmat disposal bags and ties (10 pieces), safety goggles, nitrile gloves, rope (10 pieces), and a 95-gallon overpack salvage drum. The kits must comply with EPA 40 CFR 264.175 regulations, SPCC requirements, and U.S. NPDES standards. This is a price enquiry (RFQ No. OP-19746YP, SAP No. 6100017079) issued on June 19, 2026, for procurement at Mehmood Kot Terminal in Sindh.
Quotations must be submitted by July 6, 2026. Vendors must demonstrate compliance with all specified regulatory standards and provide manufacturer Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and proof of standard approvals. Bid security (earnest money) requirements and PO/DD details should be furnished as requested. All rates must be inclusive of materials, labour, transportation, and government taxes. The item is subject to complete satisfaction and inspection/acceptance by PSO's engineer or representative.
Vendors must provide equipment warranty covering defects in material and workmanship for one month from delivery. Replacement and installation must be provided at no cost to PSO if defects are observed. Delivery is required within 20 days of work order acceptance; late delivery penalties of 0.1% per day apply, up to a maximum of 10% of PO value. Vendors must comply with all PSO health, safety, and security standards.
