Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing invites sealed quotations and bids from reputable and experienced firms and companies for the development, deployment, and implementation of an eOffice Digitalized Document Workflow Module, commonly referred to as the Core Module. This project aims to enhance institutional efficiency through digital processing, management, and tracking of official documentation and office correspondence at the Embassy located in Beijing, China. The scope encompasses comprehensive software solution development with secure, reliable, and high-quality deliverables tailored to the Embassy's operational requirements.
Participating firms and companies must provide documentary evidence of registration with relevant tax and regulatory authorities, including proof of registration with the local Chinese tax department. Bidders are required to demonstrate substantial experience and technical expertise in the development and implementation of digital office management systems, workflow automation solutions, and document management platforms. The selected firm shall ensure provision of post-deployment technical support and maintenance services where applicable. Quotations must be submitted on an item-wise and category-wise basis, clearly indicating unit cost, total cost, applicable taxes, and any additional charges, with rates remaining valid for thirty to sixty days from submission date.

Sealed bids must be submitted by 1200 hours on 08 July 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date at the ADP Office.
