Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division invites bids for the construction of a laboratory along with yard facilities for the Circle Training Center (City) at IESCO Complex Marrir Hassan in Rawalpindi. This works contract encompasses the design, construction, and delivery of a modern training facility with integrated laboratory space and outdoor yard area to support the professional development and technical training programs of the organization. The project is being undertaken at the IESCO Complex located in Marrir Hassan, Rawalpindi, and represents a significant infrastructure investment in the Federal region.
This national level procurement is conducted through a single stage-one envelope bidding process. Eligible bidders must meet the technical and financial qualification criteria as detailed in the bid data sheet and evaluation criteria sections of this document. Bidders are required to submit relevant past construction experience documentation, financial capacity and net worth evaluation forms, and obtain a performance guarantee as specified. A bid securing declaration is mandatory for all participating contractors.
