Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms and consultants to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services on a consultancy basis. This is a national scope procurement conducted under a single stage two envelope bidding process. The Executive Engineer at IESCO's Civil Division in Islamabad Capital Territory is issuing this request for quotation to engage professional consultants capable of delivering design, planning, and technical advisory services related to civil infrastructure projects. The scope encompasses architectural design, engineering consultation, and related professional services as detailed in the Terms of Reference section of this RFQ document.
Eligible bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant professional qualifications, valid licenses in architecture and engineering disciplines, demonstrated past experience with similar projects, and acceptable financial capacity. Bidders are required to submit bid securing declarations confirming their commitment to the procurement process and their willingness to comply with contract conditions. Firms must possess valid registration with relevant professional bodies and demonstrate financial stability through audited accounts or equivalent documentation as prescribed in the evaluation criteria section.
Proposals must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial bids respectively.
