Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of MICR Red Bleed Ribbons as per detailed technical specifications. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement procedure under Public Procurement Rules. Bidders may submit up to two options only, and all submissions must include clear details and specifications of materials to be used. A sample is mandatory with each bid submission; bids without samples will be rejected automatically. Bids with any non-compliance of specified conditions shall be rejected on the spot.
Bidders must sign and stamp all pages of the bid documents. The procurement is open to equivalent makes and brands as specified in the technical schedules. Bidders must provide earnest money security with their submissions. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance security and an Integrity Pact before contract award. Eligible bidders must comply with all technical and commercial requirements detailed in Section V of the bidding documents.

Interested bidders should obtain documents and submit sealed bids before the closing date of July 9, 2026. Bids will be opened in accordance with prescribed timelines. Earnest money from unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA.
