Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority Muzaffarabad Region invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for routine maintenance works on three major road networks in the Muzaffarabad region. The tender covers routine maintenance on Kohala Muzaffarabad Road (S-2), Muzaffarabad Chakothi Road (S-3), and Islamabad Murree Dual Carriageway N-75, with twelve separate contract packages ranging from 14.00 million to 19.20 million Pakistani rupees. The total estimated project value exceeds 190 million rupees, encompassing chainages from 00 to 59 kilometers across these critical regional corridors. Bidders must obtain detailed bidding documents from the official website before June 30, 2026, and prospective contractors are advised to monitor the website for any schedule updates or addenda.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess valid PEC registration in Categories C-6 and above with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. All firms are required to obtain e-PADS registration on www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as manual bids and hard copy proposals will be eliminated from future procurements. Bidding documents are available on the NHA website and PPRA portal at www.ppra.org.pk and www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. Sealed bids prepared according to signal stage two envelope methodology must be submitted to the General Manager (Maintenance/Construction), NHA, House No. D-190 Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad AJK, on or before July 7, 2026 by 12:00 hours, with technical bids opening on the same day at 13:30 hours.
