Hill Slope Stability Program and Road Protection Works on N-75 by NHA

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites electronic bids from eligible constructors for Hill Slope Stability Program and Road Protection Works on N-75 (Islamabad Murree Dual Carriageway) in the Muzaffarabad Region. The project encompasses slope stability measures at chainage 43+695 to 43+900 on the National Highway between Islamabad and Murree, with an estimated cost of Rs. 138.032 million. This critical infrastructure project aims to enhance road safety and protect the highway from slope failure and associated hazards along this key northern corridor.

Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 or above with specialization in CE-01 and CE-10. Bidders are also required to obtain e-PADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk, as manual hard copy bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. The procurement method follows a Signal Stage Two Envelope system, with detailed terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA website (www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk) starting August 15, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted by August 27, 2026, at 1200 hours, with technical bids opening at 1230 hours the same day.
