Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites bids for the rental tenancy of a coffee shop measuring 740 square feet with a height of 15.8 feet located at the Ground Floor of the Pakistan Cricket Board Main Building, Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The premises are offered for a three-year term with potential for extension subject to mutual consent. The successful bidder will gain access to all facilities and amenities as detailed in the tender annexures, with a comprehensive measurement drawing provided for the prospective tenant's reference. This commercial space presents an opportunity for an experienced coffee shop operator to serve the PCB community at a strategic location within the main stadium complex.
Bidders must submit sealed envelopes containing both technical and financial proposals by 11:00 a.m. on 13 July 2026. A bid security of PKR 100,000 must be paid via CDR or pay order in favour of the Pakistan Cricket Board and submitted alongside the proposals. Eligible bidders must not have been barred by any Federal, Provincial, or local government authority in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which they operate. The financial proposal should state a single monthly rent figure in Pakistan Rupees, with tax to be deducted in accordance with the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. The successful bidder must execute the tenancy agreement within seven days of notification.
Technical proposals must include detailed information about the bidder and the proposed operations. Bid documents, tender queries, and submissions should be directed to the Procurement Department at the Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, with contact details: M. The PCB Response to Queries is scheduled for 3 July 2026, with opening of technical and financial proposals on the submission deadline of 13 July 2026.
