Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, Procurement Department, invites sealed quotations for the supply of electric cables under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2163184 and covers the supply of four types of electrical cables including 6.0mm² PVCI copper conductor cables (9000 metres), 16mm² stranded copper conductor PVCI/PVC sheathed cables for cathodic protection (7000 metres), 35mm² stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cables (3500 metres), and 10mm² DC cables for cathodic protection (1000 metres). All items are to be delivered within 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order. The procurement is being conducted from SSGC Head Office complex in Karachi, Sindh province.
Suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to be eligible for participation. An earnest money deposit in the form of a fixed bid bond of PKR 228,000 is required. Bidders must register with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per the E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Sealed quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all prices should be inclusive of discounts but exclusive of GST. Tender fees are free of charge.
Bid documents are available on the SSGC website and EPADS portal for download. The physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, CRD Building, Ground Floor, before bid submission, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bid closing is scheduled for 13 July 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening at 1100 hours the same day at the Tender Room, CRD Building, SSGC Head Office complex, Karachi 75300.
