GEPCO is procuring approximately 196 units of specialized 132kV steel tubular poles for transmission infrastructure with a 180-day delivery window and PKR 965 million annual turnover expectation. Bidders must be pre-qualified with government power entities and registered on EPADS v2.0. The scope indicates a significant manufacturing or supply operation capable of delivering heavy electrical equipment. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled; queries must be submitted digitally three days before opening. This appears to be a capital project for the 2026-27 fiscal year, not a recurring framework contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with DISCO, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized manufacturers or suppliers. All bidders require EPADS v2.0 registration before tender opening. Typically, suppliers of 132kV poles must hold relevant PEC or electrical manufacturing credentials and maintain valid NTN and SECP registration. Foreign exchange restrictions apply; only domestic supply is permitted.
