Pakistan International Airlines invites sealed bids from well-respected suppliers for the supply of different engine oil. This single-stage two-envelope tender is issued by the Purchases Technical Commercial Section of PIA's Supply Chain Management Department, located at the PIA Head Office in Karachi, Sindh province. The tender reference number is 26011448, dated 22 June 2026, with a tender cost of PKR 25,000. The procurement is open to qualified bidders meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents, which are available on the PIACL website, PPRA website, and EPADS-PPRA e-procurement platform.
Bidders must possess mandatory FBR registration including NTN and GST numbers, with evidence of annual tax filing for Pakistani-based companies. An earnest money deposit of PKR 300,000 (refundable) in the form of a pay order must be submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders must also provide technical literature, company profile, applicable certificates, and authorization letters from principals if acting as agents or distributors. The tender follows a strict two-envelope system with separate sealed technical and financial proposals, each marked with the tender reference number and supplier name.
Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS portal and manually delivered to the Tender Room at SCM Department Building, PIA Head Office, Karachi Airport by 15 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be evaluated first by the Competent Evaluation Committee, with results published on PIA and PPRA websites for seven days for bidder contests. Only technically qualified bidders' financial proposals will be opened.
