Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of National Health Services Regulation and Coordination in collaboration with CDA Islamabad invites international bids for the construction of Hospital and Allied Buildings for the King Salman Bin Abdullaziz Al Saud Hospital in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is an international two-stage bidding process for works contracts related to the hospital infrastructure development project. The project scope encompasses the design and construction of hospital facilities and associated buildings to international standards. Bidders must obtain the Standard Bidding Document which comprises multiple volumes containing detailed specifications, scope of work, price schedules, and technical requirements for the entire construction project.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate substantial financial capacity, relevant past construction experience with completed contracts of similar nature and value, valid business registration, and appropriate professional licenses. Bidders must submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Joint ventures are permitted provided all partners furnish their detailed credentials and financial information. The evaluation process will assess technical qualifications, financial capacity, net worth, average annual turnover, historical contract performance records, and absence of litigation history. Bidders must also comply with integrity pact requirements and provide performance guarantee in the prescribed form.
