Description / Scope of Work
A leading non-governmental organization invites sealed tenders from authorized and registered contractors for rehabilitation and construction work at five government Basic Health Units (BHUs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, a Netherlands-funded project under the SRSP-NL/PS-Refugees/RHUL-07-25-59 tender reference. The scope encompasses comprehensive rehabilitation and construction services to enhance healthcare infrastructure, with qualified contractors required to possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, current sales tax and income tax certifications, financial soundness, and demonstrated experience in similar construction projects.
Eligible bidders must be registered businesses with Pakistan Engineering Council certifications and appropriate subcategory registration for the required works. Bid documents must comply with set standards as outlined in Annex 1 (ITB), and tender submissions should include all mandatory annexes including tender conditions, technical bid forms, declarations of undertaking, public disclosure forms, bank guarantees, EOB declarations, and financial bid forms. All bids must strictly adhere to prescribed formats and documentation requirements to be considered valid.

Interested bidders may seek clarification through email to the instruction address at least five days before the submission deadline. Sealed tenders must reach the office on or before August 12, 2026 at 1300 hours via courier or registered mail.
