Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2025-26 for the execution of multiple construction and infrastructure development projects under single-stage single-envelope competitive bidding. The tender encompasses nineteen distinct projects valued between 0.375 and 18.423 million rupees, including construction of residential quarters, roads and infrastructure at various FESCO colonies, renovation of office buildings, construction of parking sheds and grid stations, installation of water and electrical systems, and development of administrative facilities across Faisalabad and affiliated FESCO operational areas in Punjab province. The scope of work ranges from small-scale facility improvements to major infrastructure development with completion periods varying from 30 to 360 days depending on project complexity and scale.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with current renewal for 2025-26 and possess relevant specialization categories as specified for individual projects, predominantly C-05 and C-06 categories. Bid security is required as per each project specification, typically ranging from 11 to 274 million rupees. The annual turnover requirement of three years must be demonstrated by all participating contractors. Single envelope bidding procedure is mandatory in accordance with NCB rules 2004 as amended, ensuring transparent and competitive procurement process.
Bid documents are available for submission with detailed technical and financial specifications for each project listed. The tender invites bids to be submitted during the scheduled opening date of 16 July 2026 between 11:30 AM and 12:00 Noon.
