Description / Scope of Work
WAPDA invites electronic bids for the procurement of 132KV SF-6 Circuit Breakers along with complete assembly and 132KV Capacitive Voltage Transformers (CCVTs) with complete assembly for Khan Khwar Power Station in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This e-bid tender ITR-52 is issued by the Resident Engineer (O&M) at Khan Khwar Power Station, Besham, under WAPDA's Decade of Dams initiative with funds reserved during financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to support eligible payment obligations under the contract for Khan Khwar Power Station infrastructure development.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed as Active Tax Payers (ATL) with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Each bidder is required to furnish bid security in an acceptable form amounting to Rs. 2,002,500 or in freely convertible currencies for foreign bidders. The bid security must reach the office on or before the closing date and time of bid submission.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on EPADS V2.0 at https://vendors.spads.gov.pk (EPADS ID: P45389). Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS V2.0 on or before 05.08.2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours using EPADS V2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bidding follows the single-stage one-envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
